The bill (Reg. No.5422) supplements Clause 15 of the Law "On the Armed Forces of Ukraine" with a requirement to allocate at least two-per-cent share of the GDP to fund the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The authors deem necessary to adopt the bill, since the current funding of the national security at the level of at least three-per-cent share of the expected gross domestic product has never surpassed even two per cent so far.
